Epoxy: Mold Release Wax and Fisheyes

I waxed some of the moving parts in my hatch catches in order to keep them from being epoxied to each other. Everything was a-ok until I went to put a final seal coat on my little service hatch (bottom right http://www.nwlink.com/~chips/cedarstrip/images/hatches4.jpg ). I inspected it last night after it was cured and couldn't believe the fisheyes... I must have had my waxy gloves all over that thing. Luckily it's only about 12" square. How do I remove the wax. I guess I'll try vinegar and work my way up from there.
