no, this is not the right way. a half inch misalignment is so huge, that if you cut it out right, something doesn't make sense. if all your form dwgs were over laid, could you have placed a stern one here instead? or misnumbered? or cut on over lapping lines?
where is form 10 numbered from? is it 10 from the ctr or 10 from one end meaning somewhere around the ctr. could you have confused the sheer w/ the cockpit cutout?
be careful here, don't move(cut) until you're absolutely sure of whats going on. There are others here who are and have made the king who will probably answer shortly and know whatand where form 10 is.
