: R2K last summer, and I think most of the wood kayaks went up to Port

R2K is just too much fun to miss! I drive 600 miles one way to get there. Don drove up just for an afternoon so he wouldn't miss it.

I haven't been to any of the Wooden Boat shows (like Portland, Port Townsend, or Lake Union), all of which I'm sure are great events...it's just that a collection of all wooden kayaks on the beach is something to behold...and the collection of people who love wooden kayaks are even better!
