Other: How best to clean up duplicate Wiki pages?

While I was searching the index for anything already there on sails, I spotted some duplicate pages:

'BalanceBrace' and 'Balance Brace'
'Bombproof' and 'Bomb Proof'
'DelMarVA' and 'DelMarVa'
'SwanRiver' and 'Swan River'
'SweepStroke' and 'Sweep Stroke'

They appear right next to each other on the index page.

What is the best way to go about merging these pages? Any ideas you experienced wiki gurus?

I see that the 'ForwardStroke' page magically redirects to the 'Forward Stroke' page so somebody must have done a merge of two pages in the past.
