While the anticipation may not be there, offer a few boards for sale on e-bay. Take a picture or two to show the ize and the grain pattern. This can be rough sawn and green wood --just describe it accurately.

Allow for shipping costs and wait to see how much the market will pay for the boards. Sell a couple of 6 foot 1x10s and you might just earn enough to buy you all the cedar you would need for a stripper or two.

And, you would be sharing some of that nice wood with another woodworker who would appreciate it.
