He said to go by the points in the book and not to fill in the holes in the chart with the data from the "corrections page" on his website. The form #9 lofting point on buttocks #8 @ 5.22 is the horizontal cutoff point for that form and the form top can be left at that height or lofted/increased by the errata information. Ditto for form #10.
Personally I'm going to cut off the forms and hot melt the top part back on just to keep everything fair on the deck until I have to cut the cockpit recess.
I don't know anything about why the end forms are larger/deeper than form #2 but I suspect that if the angle is ground into the edge the keel strips will meet the end form correctly. I may be all wet with this theory but it sounds realistic.
