Strip: Hybrid - Straight edged boards for strips

I'm making the transiton from S&G to Hybrid/strip deck.

I've got a nice table saw/thin kerf blade setup with 8ft in and outfeed tables that work great.

How do you guys deal with getting an initial straight edge on a long board for consistant strips? My jointer seems to be no good because the boards are sooo long (over 10 ft) they just ride up and down the waves. I try to sacrifice one strip on the board thinking it will straighten out but the edge uneveness keeps repeating itself. I am currently pressing the board against the standard length fence by hand.

If I could figure this out my life would be perfect....for a few minutes.
