Here's my son looking over the boat as we prepared to launch at Cowell's Beach in Santa Cruz. Hard to believe this is November. It was 67 degrees Sunday as we carried the boats out to the water's edge. You can see the paddle I whipped out this weekend, too. The full log link with another 20 pictures is below. The boat is fast, and has good initial and final stability. Secondary was a little lower than my Arctic Tern, but still pretty good. A little more fitting out with foam pads under the kneerest should give me better control.
I want to thank everyone on this board who has participated for making this project turn out the way it did. I hope this log and the photos in it help others in the same way Ive learned immeasurable amounts of knowledge by skimming your posts. Thanks again, and good luck on future projects! For those who are interested in keeping a copy of the log, I'll be making it available as a PDF file later this week. I'll keep you all posted...
