Hello-
I'm getting ready to start on building the double. Problem is, no cedar anywhere around Reno/Lake Tahoe area. Local lumberyards just laugh when I tell them what I'm looking for. I really don't want to go through the time investment to build this thing out of douglas fir from the Home Depot, just because that's all I can get! Any recommendations? I'd rather not order the strip kit, just because working with the wood is half the fun.
