can one just leave an oiled w_grl_paddle at the shack over the winter? It gets very humid with the fogs, and then freezes, severely at times. This can "cycle" several times.

Or would it be best to take it indoors where it is always warm, but also quite dry during the coldest moths? Then it would presumably "air dry" ?

In any case, should one oil it now, before winter storage, or only after, or both? I've already cleaned it thoroughly.
