: While I was able to insert that parts. I discovered a problem. No matter what
: I do. FreeShip shows leak points around my parts. Oh Well.

Toni's method with stations works quite well. It is also a quick way to make 3 inside and outside forms cut from scrap plywood or particle board to check the rocker and dimensions. Also, if you use shear clamps, (which I like for the added strength around the cockpit and ease of assembly, especially with long pointy ends) it will give you something to clamp the hull to while you plane it.

I found it much easier to wire the hull together upside down as you can see areas that aren't quite fair and adjust them with little wedges - toothpicks and bamboo skewers worked great.

I also like to try sitting in it to see how my feet will feel - pointing your feet forward a few degrees can make a big difference in comfort. Consequently I found it easier to just fit the bulkheads after the hull was put together. If you like rudders, footpegs and extra weight disregard this last.
