Seeking: Best 3-4 day paddle in Boundary Waters Canoe Area

I'm going to Minn. at the end of July and have a few days to spend with paddle in hand. I'd like to spend the most time on the water with minimal car portage if possible. What's the best put-in and take out for a 3 day paddle. There will be 2 of us in single kayaks or we can use my canoe. Thanks, Greg
