Other: Am I damaging my kayak by doing this?

Hi
Due to space constraints I store my 45 lbs S&G kayak in the garage by placing kayak on it's side supported by Malone wall racks. There are 2 racks, each supporting the kayak at appr. 1/3 from the bow and stern.
Since the kayak spends most of it's life in this position, am I crazy by contemplating that the kayak will eventually warp from being stored this way ?
Should I consider switching the sides kayak rests on on a regular basis ?
