Paul,

Though not RAKA ... an epoxy glue that I like best is Systems Three - T-88.
It has a 1 to 1 resin to hardner ratio, 30 min pot life, water clean up,
and it can be used to "wet" laminate such as steamed coamings and such.
It's used for wood aircraft (EAA type) construction. Strongest epoxy I've
ever used. Kinda pricey as I recall.

A "quick" set epoxy that works well is pictured below. I buy it at
Denver R/C hobby shops and the price is reasonable. I don't know if it's
available in the PNW. Again...not RAKA so you're probably back to where you
started :)
