Material: Cab-O-Sil and Colloidal Silica the Same?

Lucky me, I was given some building materials by a hopeful builder who had to move to a smaller place and clear out a bunch of stuff. I have limited space myself, so I'm trying to consolidate the materials. Are MAS Cab-O-Sil and West System Colloidal Silica basically the same stuff? I hoping to mix them in the same container.
