look at duckworks magazine in the canoe/kayak section. then choose the seadog rudder control. there are pics in there.
I made my cabling in 2 different parts. cable from the controls connect to cable from the rudder inside the cockpit. I used stainless links to make adjustments in pedal angle and the seadogs have a cable tension adjuster now. I also used bungee behind the pedal so they can't come forward.
I had toe pilots in my kayak and took them out for these things. I love them. I made a vertical adjustment plate similar to the one from smart track so I can get the pivot point adjusted to the best spot for me. these things are great. I did originally use the nylon vertical plate from smart track but it was a bit flimsy so I made one from aluminum. I can e-mail you pics of all that if you wish.
