I have a Turbo wing. I love, love, love it. I also have a Fenn 4 wing, and have not used it once since I got my Turbo last year. The Turbo is heavy duty, solid carbon and moves through the water with certainty..you can trust it. The Fenn looks like a layer of carbon over some core material (mine is partially delaminated) and is more 'squirrelly' in the water.
