Mineral spirits is an oil product, and epoxy doesn't like to mix with oily htings. I suspect you left a thin layer of mineral spirits behind, and that created boundarys which the epoxy didn't want to bridge.

Good and bad news. You can remove any existing oily film with a wash with some ammonia in water, or just warm sudsy water. A little laundry detergent mixed with warm water might be better than soap for making the suds.

You'll need to remove the existing bumps by sanding everything smooth again.

Once you are back to flat, give everything a second washing and rinse twice with clear water. Normally you would just have to wash once, but I'm sure you'll feel better if you go through the motions of that second wash/rinse cycle.

After that you should be fine. You can remove amine bluch with the same process. Either a bit of ammonia in water, or sudsy water.

Good luck with the next coat of resin.
