what do you trust more, the reference line you use for alignment or the keel line?
Possible that there are some mistakes?
try this align on the reference lines, then check the forms where the keel line goes off, to be right the keel references have to be plumb, centered and perpendicular with the reference line, if a measure from edge to edge at the lines on both sides isnt the same for each form then you found the problem.
