I just bought a Happy Bottom, to put in the Redfish Silver I am finishing. It is a little wide for the hull so it will have be to scrunched down a little to fit. I am comtemplating trimming the bottom, since it is also thicker than I would like, I want my butt as close to the bottom as possible. Has anyone cut into one of these? It the foam closed cell? I don't want to turn it into a sponge.
