Ah I see, sorry, just a matter of how your read it since the topic was also about making holes in a different way.

But in that case, I would be very surprised if plywood holes could magically shrink away, I've never seen this but who knows. Plywood is already a stiff composite consisting of thin layers that I just don't see shrinking. If it doesn't work, OSH has epoxy putty that is easy to apply without having to mix some yourself.
