Strip: Guillemot or Night Heron?

Hi All

I've completed my first project this summer - a High Capacity Greak Auk and am very happy with the results. At 220lb and 6'4" i find it very roomy (almost too much...) I've caught the bug and am looking to build a second boat for my wife (but one that I can use now and again too). The problem is she's much smaller and lighter than i am, so our needs are different and i will have to compromise! After researching Nick's sites and plans, I'm at the point where I've narrowed it down to either a standard Guillemot or a Night Heron (maybe the High Deck version?) I know compromises are never perfect, but since we are both beginners, I'm thinking it shouldn't be too bad for us(?)

I'd be interested to hear if any of you have had a similar challenge and how you solved them?

Cheers
George
