I've used System 3's WR-LPU on a few boats and haven't had your issues. That said I've found the coating to be rather soft (for a linear urethane) when cured. Slightly less than standard alkyd varnish. Also if you don't let the LPU harden sufficiently (over a week) before any use a scratch that goes through the coating can lead to major delamination of the coating. A loose edge can be grabbed with your fingers and then the coating can then be peeled off in strips. This was on a surface prepped following the S3's manuals to the letter. Once it's fully cured though there's no issue with delamination it's just softer than I care for. I'm concerned about long term durability and will be switching to a 2-component urethane like Perfection. It's too bad... it was nice applying the water-borne LPU without any nasty fumes. A guess I knew there had to be some short comings....
