Sewing paddle gear is not widely done. The ‘make wetsuit’ search yields 6-7 info-sites on 30 pages. One group poster wrote “well, way back a lot of people made…” but not now.
If you have a standard body, a standard Chinese wetsuit almost beats costs on DIY. But a reliable DIY drysuit...
So I tried a Roget’s thesaurus search: construct, sew, build, fabricate, assemble, gather, get together. More technical words, as assemble, brought technical results but not many.
I found Steve Lindblom’s book in World Catalogue shelved by one library-at Wood’s Hole-and I ordered a copy.
I want to find a source of stretchy neoprene, the crawl in thru the neck neoprene, anyone know of a retail source? Seattle Fabrics?
