This has me chuckling. I have had this multi-bit screw driver sitting beside the microwave on the kitchen counter for a few months now. I keep thinking that I should put it away but then I get to thinking: what if I need it today?, better leave it there. ;) Ain't no one asked me to put it away yet. My kitchen junk drawers all contain tools or thingies that I use for building and repairing the kayaks. Motorcycle helmets (3) are stacked on one counter in the kitchen. Flooring adhesives and tools left in one corner. Camping gear from Maligne Lake trip still piled in kitchen beside dishwasher. My ICOM VHF radio has been sitting on the fridge since I got it six months ago. No one has said anything about my big knife resting on the kitchen counter. Man, either my habits are becoming extremely batcheloresque or I am getting so lazy that I can't go the extra steps downstairs to file all of this stuff away properly. Hey, wait...I just might need some of this stuff today...guess I might as well save the energy and leave it where I can find it.
