You don't mention what brand of epoxy you are using and what formulation of hardener - fast or slow.

As for inplications, if you are not able to fully heat the area or shop, some things might occur. One being not very good penetration into the wood as the epoxy will be thick. Secondly, you may also have problems wetting out the cloth and having it disappear as it will be also cold and less likely to absorb epoxy.

Thick epoxy, cold wood and glass in my opinion is asking for trouble on clear coating. I have had the seperate epoxy room in our shop at 75F but had epoxy, glass and wood that was not and had problems. I always heat up the wood and epoxy with a heat gun first just in case now. BTW, I use West epoxy with 207.
