Its all in "Building the Greenland Kayak" by Christopher Cunningham-
A good book to own if you're going to build askinboat because it contains a lot of basic information on fitting your skinboat to your body. I borrowed it from the library. What you're looking for is in
Chapter 6. The human body dimensions you need are Height, Arm Span, Hips-width, and fist.
Length Over All-3x arm span (fingertips) and then my notes run out.....

: Somewhere in the net i found a table explaining the dimensions of a skin on
: frame based on human body dimension, e.g. arm span, hand lenght etc.
