S&G: Winter storage of freshly varnished kayak

After a few attempts I've finally put some final coats of varnish on my kayak. Now I have to consider storage. My spouse is providing me "feedback" to clear it out of our heated garage to make room for her car by first snowfall. My only option would be to store it in my unheated cottage for the winter.

So my question is whether it's okay to take a freshly varnished kayak and store it in some fairly cold temperatures. Will that prevent it from curing and hardening or just really slow it down?

FYI, it's just the Epifanes varnish
