I built a router table with a piece of 3/4" laminated wood left over from another project. Made a 36" long fence and 2 36" long feather boards from plywood. Screwed the feather boards to the fence and table and milled the coves & beads on 1000' of strips in less than an hour. I think going long on the fence and feather boards was a real help as the thickness of 3/4" factory milled stock was quite variable.
