For the compliment. Must say I'm pretty proud of how she came out. Yes, the accent strip ("wave") in the sheer line is a continuous strip of Port Orford White Cedar, so there are no angles, just curves. VERY time-consuming. Doubt I would do it that way again. But I do like the look.

The paddle is a Lightning fiberglass--good basic light paddle, but nothing to brag about.

Correction, I mis-spoke. The boat has the "low" fore deck and the "standard" rear deck, not vice-versa.
