: Has anyone out there had any expearience with marine sealants like 3M 5200 or
: similar?

: On the back of the tube it says it is a permanent polyurathane glue that
: dries rock hard but apparently does not foam up like gorilla glue, you can

I have used 5200 to glue down hatch rims and to date I am happy with it but still do not have enough experience to be "completely" confident.

It cures not rock hard but with some very slight rubberness. Very tenacious though.

Use gloves when to work with it. This stuff seems to spread all over things when you use it.
