Ross reminded me that I should update everyone on the Morris Greenland project. Its close to skinning time. The massik needs to be fitted and the cowling formed. Otherwise, shes ready to skin.
This kayak is for my friend Jim (who was at R2K1). He decided to go with 16.5 X 24. Jims looking for a stabile platform for bird watching and will be spending most of his time on protected water.
Weve used a variety of wood. Port Orford Cedar, Cypress, African Mahogany, White Oak, Cherry and Birch dowels, and 2 small pieces of marine plywood.

This picture is two weeks old, so don't freak about all those squared off edges. They no longer exist.
