: Has anyone ever tried to spray epoxy?

JJ,
Polyester and vinylester resins are sprayed commercially with a two nozzel gun that permits mixing as the resin and catalyst leave the gun. As the ratio of heardener to resin is higher with epoxies proper mixing will not occur with such technique. Pending EPA regulations will put an end to this type of application and force more use of resin intrusion under vacuum methods. The major target of the regs is styrene emissions which as not present in epoxy. So perhaps we should be happy we can still use a bucket and a brush.
