No other Bosworth parts were needed for the installation as depicted. At the intake (bottom) I siliconed a disk-shaped piece of sheet PVC to prevent premature 'air sucking' at the edge of the pipe. The pump outlet is jam-fitted into a short nipple of clear tubing of the appropriate diameter. This nipple is the connection to the deck-mounted outlet, which itself is a short PVC nipple of 3/4" pipe glued to the deck with thickened epoxy. On the topside of the deck what you see is a grey-lined hole. I suppose brass would be prettier, but there just isn't that much showing to be a concern to me.

I like this because it allows one to remove the pump for occasional maintenance or cleaning. I mount the pump to the bulkhead with SS sheet metal screws that penetrate the bulkhead and go into small hardwood blocks (two of them shaped liked shallow 'U's to make like handles or tie-downs) epoxied to the bow side of the bulkhead. That way, one person can install and remove the pump.
