You made two S&G boats this past winter???? You know what my problem was with my one S&G, I told myself "okay, just spend 4 hours a day or twenty hours a week and Ill have my yak done in a month". Problem is Im doing so much renovation around the house I was spending often a half hour to an hour a day on my yak.

Looking forward to this coming winter, I'm going to invest in some nice maps, a gps, compass and a stowable sail rig for those long hauls.

With regard to your two freinds...

I think optimisim is dashed somewhat by the sheer horror of the incident. Still, for the number of people missing [just under 5000?] we've already met a guy who "rode" down the falling tower 83 stories.I think before its over we are going to see a good number of people who've beat the odds. I know what the talking heads say... and none of them told me a guy could survive a crashing fall of 83 stories. Its not over till its over.
