Dean, you missed this part:

If in any kind of good condition, they would bring enough money for a new boat ( either KIT or plans and Materials )

I'd take them all and then put the Jointer nad Shaper up for adoption. On the used tool market, they may bring a good price if in any kind of usable condition.
