In Response To: end pour question ?? (Terry)

: I'm not sure how many oz.of resin to use in the end pour of my G-17?
: Can you drill the hole first, tape it all up,then fill the end??
: Then re-drill a smaller hole.
: thanks for any advice.. Regards Terry

Hey bud!

Ken is right about the tape softening up with epoxy heat. Happened to me on one of our Terns. It was a major mess. You might consider a piece of tubing through the hole. People here have used PVC, copper, or wood tubes. If you epoxy it in place first it should seal up any gaps.
