Guillemots in Michigan

I am interested in building two Guillemots for my wife and I. We have found with our other kayaks (store bought) that it is essential to try before you buy to see about stability, etc. Am looking for a Guillemot in Michigan that we might be able to try. We live in Muskegon, but are willing to drive to see a boat.
