...is Greg Stamer's site http://www.magicnet.net/~gstamer/QK.html. Starting there, I've found everything I need about Greenland technique, paddle making, boat building, etc.

If you cannot find a coach in your area, consider purchasing a video or two. Books are great, but it's not the same as actually seeing someone paddling. When I saw some clips of Greelanders paddling, I was amazed at how different their techniques are than what you typically see here. It also gives you a better idea of how the boats, paddles and techniques work together in an efficient, synergistic system.
