Ha! I don't know !RUSS, you may not want to eat them yourself. I think I left something out. That 50 dozen I took to R2K1 lasted for two days. That's not at all normal. In fact, I think there was a small bag of sugar cookies left when it was all done. Hmmmmm!! Maybe I'm losing it. Course, they were parked right next to Joe's new boat. Everyone that went for a cookie was sidetracked by that boat. Me included. :) I'll definitely try harder next year. I may have to build my stripper " Jewel Quality " and put the cookies in the cockpit and hatches to get the attention. :)

Hope you like them, and I'm patiently waiting for the Good Stuff. I'm thinking of a new recipe at this moment. Imagine this:

2 1/2 cups..... flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Coriander

****************************

3/4 cup Butter Flavored Crisco ( only )

1 cup light brown sugar ( packed )

1/2 cup granulated C & H sugar ( only )

2 Extra Large Eggs

2 Tbsp. the " Good Stuff "

*****************************************8

Sift the flour mix together. Set aside

******************************************

Blend and Whip shortening, eggs, sugars and " Good Stuff " until light and creamy ( fluffy )

Then blend in flour mix with fork until all flour mix is wetted and stick in frig. until chilled. ( around 1 hr. )

Scoop out in rounded table-spoon fulls

Lightly grease cookie sheets and bake in preheated oven for 7 minutes at 350* for soft and 9 minutes for slightly crunchy.

For a variation, pull out of the oven after 4 or 5 minutes and sprinkle sugar over them and replace in oven. Watch for light golden Rehdbrown color. :)

Give it a try....... Cookie to be named later!!

All others interested, contact !RUSS for secret ingredient. :)

P.S. ( sorry Nick, for the misuse of the board. )

Small print: recipe copywrited and unlawful use or distribution is prohibited and offenders will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. And, will be forced to eat two week old Mrs. Smith's Chocolate cookies. Et. all........
