I've only made nylon skirts, but I've done lots of other stuff with neoprene.

The instructions for a neo skirt on my skirt webpage are based on Charlie Walbridge's instructions in "The Boatbuilders Manual".

Don't use the yellowish stuff in the green can (Aquaseal Seal Cement), it works good, but not quite good enough. Go for the stinky black neoprene cement.

I lengthened my Medium wetsuit to a .... well, I guess it's a Medium Extra Tall, by adding 6" to the legs. (I was wearing it all day Saturday...Dale's kid was calling me Mr Crab Legs because of the faded red neo). Anyway, the neo is slightly old, and the yellow stuff just isn't enough, so I had some minor tearing.

Your best bet: go visit Bill Price in Moscow, and while there, visit the NRS store, and you can buy a "seconds" neoprene sprayskirt for $40-55.
