: just glassed the inside of the hull last night and have some folds in the
: glass that I was unable to flaten last night. Do I cut these areas out and
: re-glass this area? Do I do the same for the areas along the shere line?

If the bumps from the cloth are over 1/8th inch higher than the surrounding area you are going to completely sand through them when you try to sand the interior. You might as well do it now, removing the hump, and putting in an ample patch. After the first coat of resin on the patch hardens you can sand off the rough edges, feathering them neatly into the surrounding area. when you apply your next coat or resin (or two coats) on the interior, it (they) should fill the weave and totally hide the patches. Some people (myself included) prefer to not fill the weave on the interior. The slight texture is not so great that it traps dirt, but it is a bit less slippery-when-wet than a smooth, glossy finish.
