An acquaintance of ours has done a couple of the Pygmy kits. He told us that he measured the fiberglass tape on the outside of the boat, rolled the tape around one of the paint rollers that you use to do corners, soaked it in epoxy, then just rolled it down the seam. I believe he said he used one of the extension handles for the roller so that it would reach all the way to the end of the boat.
