assuming a 3/8" hole in bow of hull for toggle attachment just route a short length of line through a punched hole on either side of the big hole in the tennis ball. Imagine this, you go to do an assisted rescue on a kayak fitted with the aforementioned "BowBra" and you've got this fuzzy easy to grab tennis ball, you're in the water and your rescuer is coming to mow you down in all their enthusiasm and you grab his bow straight on with no problems, your s&g kayak is sitting on the ground and someone bumps their shin on a tennis ball instead of a pointed end. Hmm, if you put a couple of red/green LEDs in it you've got the "Navigator BowBra". Most of you folks are way to sophisticated for such silliness as a flourescent tennis ball but it works.
