Hi Joaquin,

I built this boat a few years ago, at the time I thought glassing the inner seam was going to be difficult, but it was pretty straight forward and only took about ten minutes each side.

Once you've got the two halves of the boat together (I used packing tape to strap it together). lay the boat on it's side and roll out your fiberglass tape on the upper outside seam and cut it to length.

Roll the tape up again starting from each end, so that you end up with a double roll (like a scroll) this should finish up, above the cockpit opening, note where it finishes and make a mark directly below it on the seam that you're about to glass.

Put the scrolled glass into a plastic cup and pour some mixed epoxy over it, squish it with your gloved finger to get the bubbles out and to make sure it gets good and wet.

Layout the scroll on the mark you made on the seam to be glassed, and use a 1" paint brush taped to a long stick to unroll your glass and push it into the ends. Take your time and it's easy to keep control as you unroll the glass.

Let the glass setup for an hour or so before you do the other side. This method worked well for me.

Hope this helps,

Paul.
