Russ has some great pointers so I'd try those. I'm building my Arctic Tern in a garage where I can't control the temperature, so I still got plenty of bubbles. Since I didn't have much luck preventing them, I just let them come to the surface and, using a dry foam brush, I "tipped-off" the entire boat by lightly dragging the brush over the still-wet epoxy. You have to do it at just the right time though... too early and more bubbles appear... too late and you have to drag the brush hard on the epoxy and it leaves ripples in the surface.

: little bubbles in my epoxy. How can they be prevented?
