Scott,

I would be patient and order some more System Three just to be safe. You will have to sand, but I wouldn't take that chance on BONDO. Having read the Epoxy Book by S3, they are pretty keen on product continuity. While I might be a victim of marketing, it's always better to be safe than sorry. My 2 cents.
