Wow! It's been a while since I checked in here, but I see it is going better than ever! Kayaks Rule!

I'm on project #127 since the kayak, but the skills I gained during the construction of my GB are helping me at every turn. Building a wood strip kayak is a great project, and if you're hanging on the fence, go ahead and give it a try . . . You will have a ball, and end up with a darn nice kayak to boot.

My construction pics may help a few, feel free to visit the link below, where I have posted my profusely photographed effort of last year's kayak construction project. Mucho thanks to Nick, Rob, Joe, Vaclav, and ALL the great posters to this bb for all their help & ideas during construction.

As a small thanks, I offer a stock tip - MVEE, I've been following it for almost 2 years, and feel it's ready to "pop!" Presently at $500/million shares it's a fun gamble and could perhaps pay for an ongoing kayak hobby . . . ;-)

Thanks again everyone, best of success with your kayaks, and as a parting thought, do any of you operate QRP from your kayak? (Amateur Radio).

Best Regards,
Spidey
