Here's a picture of the fitting in a mock-up. You can buy them at West Marine. They're called webbing-to-bungee adapter and cost about $2 each. They look okay on the boat, but they're real knuckle-busters. There's a good chance I'll just replace them with just the webbing loop and lace the bungee in the normal way. They're a bit of a pain to install anyway, since the webbing loop has to be threaded through the adapter and fused/flanged on the inside of the boat. When I remove them, I'll have to cut the webbing. Not a big deal since it's probably about 2" of webbing that gets wasted.
