Keel down and looped

John,
I recommend laying her in keel down. Then use load straps. Loop each strap around the tube and carry both lengths over the yak loop it under the tube and tighten.

Drive 5 miles stop and re tighten your loaad straps and then back up the cinch mechanism with knots knots.

If your straps buzz put a little ducttape balls on them to break up the laminar flow. The sound will stop.
